1. Penny is the only main character on TBTT who doesn’t have a last name.
2. Leonard & Sheldon’s original neighbor was a girl from the streets named Katie. She was portrayed by Amanda Walsh, not KC. The pilot test audience felt Katie was too mean, and thus a new identity for the neighbor girl was created.
3. The reason that Penny became a bartender at TCF was that Kaley Cuoco broke her leg (fr. horseback riding) and her cast needed to be hidden.

P.S. Here’s an update on Kaley Cuoco: Kaley C and Josh Resnik have called off their engagement, which we all know is because Kaley’s in love with Johnny! (heh heh I’m kidding). ALSO: the rumors that Kaley is pregnant are FALSE!
